EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at:

support@ownlyou.com

You must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • All original components must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Personalized / Engraved Pieces

Please note:

Items that are personalized, engraved or custom-made are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU).

Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@ownlyou.com

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Engraved or customized products

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

International Customers (Outside EU)

For customers outside the European Union:

Returns are accepted at our discretion.

Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
